About Tino
Tino Tabacchiera is a passionate foodie. His love of food was nurtured by his mum who was able to make delicious Italian meals from very few ingredients. He spent many happy hours in the kitchen in his youth helping prepare enormous family lunches and dinners.
At the age of 16, Tino started his professional cooking career as a 1st year apprentice in a busy South Yarra bistro, where he started to acquire the skills and techniques to prepare him for over 20 years in hospitality.
