Ads on Wheels and Grow Business Group in partnership with Pancare Foundation – a driving force for change
Pancare Foundation are thrilled to welcome new corporate partners, the dynamic duo of Ads on Wheels and Grow Business Group, in the fight against upper gastrointestinal (GI) cancers.
United by the principles of giving back to the community and doing good, out-of-home car advertising company, Ads on Wheels and media sales consultants, Grow Business Group, will be donating a portion of revenue from advertising placed on Ads on Wheels cars when booked by Grow Business Group throughout Australia. It’s an initiative that will help accelerate new ways to inject revenue into vital programs that support Australians impacted by these low-survival cancers.
It’s a partnership built on valuable relationships and the desire to help give under recognised cancers the amplification that they need, explained Jamie O’Keeffe, Director of Grow Business Group.
“I was fortunate to be introduced to Pancare several years ago via one of their events and I knew someone that had been directly affected by these cancers. The work that Pancare do is incredible and together with Ads on Wheels we felt more people need to know. For businesses and charities alike, the chase for people’s attention and engagement is harder than ever. If we can do a small part in getting more people aware of upper GI cancers and Pancare we will be very proud.”
Daniel Schoonderwoerd, Director of Ads on Wheels, said that supporting the community was a core value of the business and they were excited to be a joining as a driving force to support Pancare’s mission.
“I was shocked to learn of the low survival rates of pancreatic and upper GI cancers and that research into these cancers is critically underfunded. As a business, we have an ambitious goal in what we’d love to give back to community organisations and charities like Pancare. We’re proud to be supporting the wonderful work that Pancare are doing in tackling what is fast become a huge issue here in Australia.”
Doug Hawkins, CEO of Pancare Foundation, said the key to enhancing Pancare’s capability to grow the level of impact the Foundation can have was through strategic fundraising initiatives, such as corporate partnerships.
“We’re delighted to have the support from the teams at Ads on Wheels and Grow to join us on our mission to support more Australians impacted by these devastating cancers. This partnership delivers the ability to achieve regular, passive revenue which will support the growth of our patient and carer support services and investment into research. We’re glad to have both teams on board.”
