Help us improve support for people impacted by upper GI cancer with a Survey
Pancare Foundation aims to provide the best possible support for people living with upper gastrointestinal (GI) cancer, including oesophageal, stomach, liver, biliary, or pancreatic cancer, and their families and carers. To help us achieve this goal, we’ve commissioned Healthcare Management Advisors to conduct an online survey on our behalf, and we need your input.
We’re inviting people who have been diagnosed with an upper GI cancer within the last five years, as well as family members, friends, and carers of people with upper GI cancer, to complete the anonymous survey. Your feedback will help guide the development of our resources, supports, and advocacy efforts. To complete the anonymous survey, please CLICK HERE: Survey Link
The survey will take around 20–30 minutes for people living with upper GI cancer and about 15 minutes for family, friends, and carers. It will close at 5 pm on 8 September. Participation in the survey is voluntary, and your responses will be kept strictly anonymous. If you would like assistance completing this survey over the phone, or any information or support, please contact the Pancare Support team on 1300 881 698 (Monday to Friday 9am–5pm (AEST) or at [email protected].
Thank you for your valuable feedback.
